I got to enjoy my early Christmas present yesterday at Disneyland and California Adventure. They redid the park for Christmas! You must be wondering what is the must eat place there?
This was the sole purpose of the trip...Dole Whip Float!!! Amazing Dole Whip soft serve from the Dole Plantation from Hawaii served atop of pineapple juice. Best $5 ever!
Dole Whip soft serve ice cream. I got one of each just to be safe! No matter how cold it gets, this is my must hit destination. Too bad you can't get Dole Whip anywhere else but fear not, I looked it up. You can buy a powder form from Hawaii. You have to mix it up and get an ice cream machine... so if you are willing to put in that much money and work then you can sort of have the real thing at home.
Here are some pictures from the new World of Color show at California Adventure. Best water show ever! That was definitely the best part!

dood. we are SO kindred. those dole pineapple whips are the HIGHLIGHT of my trips to disneyland. i also discovered them at the Ala Moana shopping center in Oahu and at the California State Fair (as of 2010). love love LOVE them! have fun in hong kong! can't wait to drool over all your eatings!
